About Sweet Peas Learning Center

Sweet Peas Learning Center has been under the ownership of Chad and Jinna Hartline since June 1st, 2009.

Chad is a 2008 graduate of Covenant College with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Jinna is a 2006 graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. 

With God’s help, lots of prayer, a dedicated staff, and amazing families, Sweet Peas has grown from an enrollment of 20 children to a current enrollment of 120 children.

We started in one building with four classrooms and in 2019 we completed a 2-year renovation project that expanded our facilities to 6000 square feet and added two additional classrooms. Chad works daily with the school age classroom and Jinna is the director of the center. They married on June 6th, 2009 and have four daughters.

It is Chad and Jinna’s desire that Jesus be glorified in all they do and it is their honor to be able to share Jesus’ love on a daily basis with the families at SPLC.

Assistant Director

The assistant director is Mrs. Misty Spurgin.

Mrs. Misty has been at SPLC for 16 years and completed her TCC in Early Childhood Education in 2012. 

She has completed over 200 hours of training and has current CPR/First Aid certificate.

She is married and has three children and two adorable grandchildren.
